We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a $5.99 shipping fee. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional $15.99 fee. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take 2-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some items like personalized products, sale items, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, log into your account and go to your order history, or contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we'll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the new item costs more, you'll only pay the difference.
